Engaged by Brookline Developments in late 2022, Caspian delivered the full plumbing scope on this twelve-storey Liberty Village condominium — from underground sanitary through to fixture trim across all 142 units. We pulled our own trade permits, ran our own inspections, and coordinated directly with the site superintendent on weekly milestones.
The project completed eleven weeks ahead of the original mechanical schedule despite a two-month framing delay upstream — a result of modular pre-fab risers fabricated off-site at our Etobicoke shop and delivered to site on a just-in-time cadence.
